The air is full of fine dust when corn is harvested in Trans Nzoia County. Many people sniff and cough as they do every year. But this year many will be avoided or even excluded from the community for fear of Covid19.
That is why Philip Munyasia (OTEPIC), our friend and initiator of the washing & information stations, asked for a poster that would remind people of their sense of community and solidarity.
And it works. The posters provide new topics for conversation and the companions at the stations can straighten out some prejudices. Georg and Dagmar v. Wilcken also made this poster for us. Thank you very much.
